President:
 
        The President is required to represent the Club in all official matters. The President will preside over all Club meetings. The President and Vice President will also be responsible for coordinating special club activities.

 

Vice-President:
 
         The Vice-President shall coordinate all committees and supervise plans for all club events.  The Vice-President shall act as an intermediary between the President and the Members and Prospects.  All questions or comments concerning any club business not specifically related to the duties of the other officers should be brought to directly to his attention.  Additionally, the Vice- President is the Second-in-Command to the President, and shall assume all responsibilities and duties of the President in their absence.

 

 

Sergeant-at-Arms:
 
The Sgt at Arms is required to maintain club order at all times. If there are disputes within the club the Sgt at Arms will mediate between all parties involved. The Sgt at Arms is also responsible to bring unsafe riding techniques to the attention to any offender and ensure that the Club's rules, constitution and by-laws are enforced. When in battle the Sgt at Arms ensures all membes have ammo and make ammo drops if needed. The Sgt at Arms is responsible for the safety of the Club at all times

 
Treasurer:

 

The Treasurer is required to maintain the flow of cash within the crew, make sure all members/or find ways for all members to have money. The Treasurer will also ensure that all members are up-to-date on their club dues. The Treasurer makes sure all prospects pay weekly dues to atleast one high ranking member. Treasurer also ensures higher ranking members share that money among fully patched members.

 

Secretary:
 
The Secretary is required to keep all Club records up to date. The Secretary will send out ride reminders to the Club membership; maintain a roster of all current members, past members, prospects and associates of the Club; maintain a calendar of club meetings and events; prepare an agenda for club meetings and take minutes at club meetings to be sent to all full club member's within 14 days of the meeting

 

Road Captain
 

 

The Road Captain(s) are responsible for choosing the route taken on club runs and leading the ride. While on club runs, if the Road Captain feels that someone is jeopardizing the safety of others, it is their duty to inform the Sergeant at Arms. If the individual continues to ride in an unsafe manner or the Sgt at Arms is not present, the Road Captain will have the authority to ask said individual to leave the group.

Office Responsibilities. The Road Captains ride at the back of the pack to assess and report on prospects and patched members riding ability and behavior.
 
        Elected officers are responsible for administration of the constitution and enforcement of the bylaws. While on club rides and/ or engaged in club activities (defined as any activity where club colors are worn) all members are their guest must ensure that the club is represented in a positive manner. The violation or perceived violation of any Mongol law will not be tolerated. As Ambassadors of the Club to the Mongols, no member or guest will cause discredit to be brought upon the Club
